Strategic Communications & Events Campaign
ELEVATING ENGINE’S BRAND PRESENCE AS A LEADING STRATA MANAGEMENT COMPANY & FACILITATING ACTIVATION EVENTS
At the outset of our communications partnership with Engine Property Group, a leading strata management company, our primary objective was to initiate a brand overhaul that would highlight their distinctive services and expertise in the industry.
We identified the company’s target audiences and crafted compelling content that would humanise their brand and resonate with users. A significant aspect of this brand renewal was the organisation and facilitation of resident events to foster a sense of community with Engine’s managed properties.
Our primary focus was to showcase the communal spaces in the developments by hosting a cocktail evening for property owners, including full catering and live entertainment. We successfully executed these events at two Engine-managed sites, Melbourne Square by OSK Group and Paragon by Beulah.
By leveraging the available amenities, we were able to create unforgettable evenings for both the Engine team and the residents. Subsequently, we were able to produce engaging short-form video content and still photography to share across the company’s social media platforms which we manage daily.
Results
Increased monthly Instagram engagement rate to an average of 6.7%
Over 100 attendees across two owner’s events
Recorded a 13% in overall reach with the introduction of short-form video content
Increased yearly Instagram impressions by 39%
Strategy
Neue Media provided Engine Property Group with a comprehensive multi-channel strategy that included the elevation of its visual brand to modernise and increase the brand’s awareness and position in the industry.
Digital & Social
Neue Media manages the day-to-day social media operations for Engine Property Group. This includes the planning and implementation of a monthly content calendar, community management and social media advertising and graphic design.
Content Production
Neue Media developed brand-specific content in line with the brand refresh to elevate Engine’s visual presence. Planning, facilitation and execution of content shoots for activation events and corporate profiling.
Events
Neue Media played an active role in the organisation and delivery of activation events at two key Engine managed sites. The goal of these events was to activate the communal spaces at the projects and promote community building.
