STRATEGIC MEDIA CAMPAIGN TO DRIVE TANGIBLE RESULTS
Beyond Hurstville is a $700 million residential development project in Sydney’s south creating a new urban precinct. There are 556 apartments across 4 sculptural buildings with 188 apartments sold in the first stage. Launching Stage 2 in 2020, our main objective was to drive a high volume of leads for appointments at their new display suite on site.
From Stage 1, it was evident that the buyers were from the local area so a high reach local marketing strategy was put in place with key billboard sites in the surrounding areas and a high presence in transit as we identified through consumer insights that the target demographic were frequent users of public transport. Advertising was also placed in Westfield Hurstville and local Chinese newspapers ensuring branding awareness was across many uncluttered property touchpoints.
Upon completion of the 2nd building and retail & hospitality being finalised, Neue Media are now planning the launch of Building D for mid-2023.
