A DESIGN-LED APPROACH TARGETING HIGH NET WORTH INDIVUDUALS.

 

Neue Media was appointed to Salta’s Walmer project to deliver a campaign targeting high net worth downsizers for its $4-6m apartments on the last developable Yarra River fronting site.

Featuring only Australian design and architecture, Walmer required this unique story to be told through a program of events, content, brand ambassadors and PR activity.

A series of three events were crafted for prospective purchasers:

- ‘Australian Design’s coming of age’ with Belle Magazine, Bates Smart and Kett Furniture

- ‘Entertaining on the Yarra’ with Andrew McConnell and Gourmet Traveler

- ‘Health & Wellbeing at Home’ with Grown Alchemist and Harpers Bazaar

The events were supported by an organic PR program with coverage featured in Domain, The Australian Financial Review, Herald Sun and international design blogs, with further coverage across Belle, Gourmet Traveler and Harpers Bazaar magazines.

Neue Media created video and written content in collaboration with project ambassadors and design teams to then seed across Salta’s social media platforms, resulting in widespread reach and conversion into enquiries.
