LAUNCHING AUSTRALIA’S MOST SIGNIFICANT URBAN REGENERATION PROJECT
Neue Media were engaged by HostPlus, Moonee Valley Racing Club and Hamton Property Group to launch and unveil the $2 billion Moonee Valley Racecourse redevelopment, currently the largest mixed-use development in Australia.
Neue Media delivered an exclusive media preview of Moonee Valley Park, including a press conference and helicopter tours for top-tier media journalists.
Coverage was secured within all major Victorian mastheads, with a front page caption and half page editorial feature in the Herald Sun, coverage across all major TV news channels including Seven, Nine, Ten and ABC, industry trade and press as well as radio.
Neue Media also delivered a Springtime BBQ to officially open the Moonee Valley Park Display Gallery and first release the first stage of Homes and Terraces to the community. This included; kids activities, live entertainment and a gourmet BBQ, attracting over 350 people to the display and 20% of residences sold on the day.
